Coming of Age “Grown A** Woman” Edition Virtual Workshop

Overview: This workshop is designed to support middle-aged women in overcoming the effects of trauma, depression, and anxiety, and to help them cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and personal growth. Through a combination of interactive discussions, group activities, and self-reflection exercises, participants will learn practical tools and strategies to manage their emotional challenges and enhance their overall well-being.

Objectives:

*To create a safe and supportive environment for women to share their experiences and feelings related to trauma, depression, and anxiety.

*To help participants identify the root causes of their emotional challenges and develop a better understanding of how these experiences have impacted their lives.

*To teach practical techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, including mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

*To guide participants in developing a personalized plan for self-care and growth, including setting achievable goals and identifying potential obstacles and strategies for overcoming them.

*To foster a sense of community and connection among participants, and to provide ongoing support and resources for their continued growth and healing.

 

Format: The workshop will be a combination of large group discussions, small group activities, and individual exercises. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and insights with each other and to support one another throughout the process.

 

Duration: The workshop will be a 4 week intensive, one day a week, from the comforts of your own home (the gift of virtual workshops)

 

Target audience: The workshop is designed for middle-aged women (25-45 years of age, older women are welcomed) who are struggling with stress, trauma, depression, or anxiety and are seeking practical tools and support for healing and growth. We are also looking to assist women who are looking to progress their life by healing and searching for greater purpose.

 

Facilitators: The workshop will be led by experienced therapists and coaches who specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety, and who have a proven track record of helping women overcome these challenges and thrive.

 

Outcome: By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of their emotional challenges and how to manage them effectively. They will have developed practical tools and strategies for self-care and growth, and will have established a supportive community of women who share their experiences and goals. Ultimately, participants will be empowered to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives, free from the limitations of their past traumas and emotional struggles.
